No – In case of an emergency we would need to evacuate the arena as quickly and as safely as possible. Clambering over tents, wind breaks etc would hinder a fast exit and therefore put lives at risk. If you are concerned about protecting yourself or your children from the sun (should we be lucky enough to get some!), please make sure you bring plenty of sun cream and hats.
There will be no ATM machines on site, you will be able to pay for Drinks with a debit or credit card, we won’t be able to offer cash back. So make sure you bring cash with you for Food.

There is a disabled viewing platform with toilet facilities at the rear of the platform. We’re looking for friendly, enthusiastic people age 21 or over to be stewards at this years Hardwick Live. This is an ideal opportunity for anyone who would like to get involved with the festival and experience what it’s like behind the scenes. The role of stewarding mainly involves giving information to the public at the event: it’s a really important position because you will be the main point of contact between the festival and the public, so we need lots of happy, smiley people!
We recruit people on a voluntary basis, which means that you won’t be paid anything, but you will get a free l ticket, plus one free meal. Since volunteer stewards are not on duty any longer than Five hours, this means that you’ll get time off to enjoy the event.* It’s really good fun being a steward – it’s sociable because you’ll get to meet lots of other like-minded people, and you’ll see some great music.
You will need to upload a passport style photo, you are also required to pay a deposit of £40.00 to secure your place, which will be returned to you if you are not accepted, cannot make the festival or once you complete your shift
We can’t guarantee you will be able watch your favourite bands – it all depends on what shift you’re allocated!
